Dr. Sean Chamberlain

Primary Care Physician

Dr. Chamberlain obtained his undergraduate degree at Texas State University. He obtained a B.S. in Biology with honors.  For medical school he attended Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX and he then attended a residency in Family Medicine at the Dell Seton Med Center in Austin, Texas.

Since graduating from residency, Dr Chamberlain has worked in a variety of practice settings including private outpatient, rural clinical practice, urgent care, occupational health, emergency room and hospital/inpatient settings. Dr Chamberlain has extensive primary care experience and brings a unique perspective to solving long standing difficulties.

Dr Chamberlain is interested in helping people with addictions, ADD/ADHD symptoms, depression/anxiety, metabolic disorders such hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia as well as a host of other chronic conditions. He understands that some people will need medications to assist with these problems depending on severity, but he believes with whole hearted enthusiasm that even long standing chronic conditions can be reversed under the right conditions.

Dr Chamberlain is a devout follower of Christ, and is an active member of St Mary’s Cathedral in Austin, TX. He enjoys running, lifting weights, playing piano and spending time with family and friends. He holds an active license with the Texas Medical Board, is a board certified member of the American Board of Family Medicine, and is currently pursuing a certificate in functional medicine hosted by the Institute of Functional Medicine.
